Using the store
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use the website lawfully. You must be able to enter a purchase contract under the law that applies to you. Do not misuse accounts, reviews, promotions or another person’s information.
Products and prices
Descriptions, available variants, inventory and USD prices are shown with products. Check dimensions, materials, compatibility and selected options before ordering. Screen colours can vary, but goods must match their legally required description and quality. We may correct errors; if an error affects an existing order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate choice rather than silently increase an agreed charge.
Orders and payment
Checkout currently creates an unpaid order. No payment is collected by that page; follow the order-specific payment instructions. Dispatch follows payment confirmation and availability checks. We will notify you if we cannot accept or fulfil an order and refund amounts collected for items we cannot supply. Shipping charges and any included taxes are shown before order placement; additional import charges are addressed in the shipping policy.
Accounts and communications
An email address corresponds to one customer account, including accounts created when ordering. A password is optional. Email-code access becomes available when email delivery is enabled. Keep access to your email and any password secure. Order and security messages are separate from marketing consent.
Delivery, returns and rewards
The shipping, returns, cancellation and rewards policies form part of the shopping information presented with these terms. Promotions do not waive legal refund or warranty rights. Rewards are available only while the program is enabled and subject to eligibility and review.
Responsibility and disputes
Contact our store first so we can investigate a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or access to a court or regulator. Applicable mandatory consumer law takes priority over inconsistent wording. We do not require customers to pursue a fulfilment partner for a remedy owed by our store.
Updates
The policy version in effect for your purchase applies to that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed. Later edits do not retrospectively remove rights or rewards already lawfully earned.
