Before you order
Available shipping methods and charges depend on the products, selected variants and destination. Enter your address at checkout to calculate shipping, then review the method and total before placing an order. Prices are in USD. Quotes expire after 15 minutes and must be refreshed if your address or cart changes.
Processing and dispatch
Orders enter fulfilment after payment is confirmed and availability is checked. Placing an unpaid order does not start dispatch. Processing is separate from carrier transit time. We will communicate an order-specific dispatch estimate; an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery appointment.
Delivery estimates and delays
Carrier estimates shown at checkout are estimates. Customs inspections, holidays, remote locations and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. If we cannot meet the dispatch time stated for your order, we will explain the revised estimate and your options to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped items for a refund, as applicable law requires. We will not require you to wait beyond your legal rights.
International fulfilment
Products may be dispatched from international fulfilment centres, including China. A local delivery address does not mean an item ships locally. Orders can arrive in separate parcels with different tracking references.
Customs and delivery charges
Unless explicitly included in your order total, destination import duties, taxes and customs handling charges may be payable on delivery. Any required charges and responsibilities remain subject to applicable law. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking updates may take time to appear. Check the delivery address carefully and respond to carrier or customs requests promptly. If an item is overdue, damaged or shown as delivered but missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment and delivery partners; a delivered scan alone does not remove your statutory rights.
