What to expect before and after placing an order.
Delivery
Delivery options depend on your items and destination. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping methods and quoted charges before you place an order.
Carrier transit estimates appear with each method when available. Shipping quotes are valid for 15 minutes; changing your address or cart requires a new quote.
Returns
Contact us with your order number and item details to confirm return eligibility and receive instructions before returning an item.

No payment is collected at checkout. Placing an order creates an unpaid order with the shipping method and total you reviewed. Follow the payment instructions on your order page.
Keep your order number. If you sign in before ordering, your orders will also appear in your account.
