Technical information can include IP addresses, session identifiers, device/browser details and security logs. Passwords and email codes are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords or codes. Checkout currently does not collect card details or charge a card.
How we use information

An order email does not by itself grant access to an existing account or its history. IP comparisons help flag potentially duplicate reward claims; staff review eligibility. We do not treat a security flag as an automatic final decision about your legal rights.
