Availability
Rewards operate only when enabled. The account rewards page shows available balances and the program’s status. Do not assume a referral link or an unpaid order creates spendable credit.
Registration rewards
Both participants must verify their email. Each qualifying participant can receive $1 in pending promotional credit, with a lifetime registration-reward earning cap of $50 per person. Pending credit unlocks only after the invited customer’s first qualifying real paid order is delivered, the 30-day delivery observation period has passed, and staff approve eligibility. Test orders do not qualify. Credit remains subject to IP checks and the program’s disclosed budget availability.
Eligibility and review
One email has one customer ID. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts and duplicate or shared-IP reward claims do not qualify. Contact us if a shared household, network or other circumstance needs review. Approval is subject to real order verification and the activity budgets. Pending amounts are not guaranteed funds.
Order credit
For each complete $10 of goods after product discounts, up to $1 of available rewards may be used. The checkout can allow less where verified supply costs and required reserves leave less room. Shipping is excluded, unknown costs disable credit, and the final amount is reviewed before ordering. Promotional credit is used before cash commissions. Credit can be combined with product discounts subject to this limit.
Refunds and reversals
Unpaid orders reserve used credit. Eligible unpaid credit reservations expire after 24 hours. Cancellations and refunds restore eligible used credit and reverse rewards earned from the affected order. An account with a resulting negative balance cannot spend rewards or withdraw until reviewed and resolved. Registration earning caps are not reset by reversals.
Cash commissions and withdrawal
Registration promotional credit is shopping credit and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. A separate cash commission can arise from eligible real profitable orders only when order commissions are enabled; the applicable rate is shown with the invitation program before participation. No commission rate is promised while disabled. Cash withdrawal applications require at least $100 available commission, an email-verified account at least 30 days old, and three referred buyers with settled real orders. Each request is $100–$200, with one paid withdrawal per 30 days, fresh email-code verification, budget availability and manual review. Payments are arranged by staff after approval; approval is not confirmation a transfer has occurred.
Program changes
We may suspend new participation or change future activity rules with appropriate notice. Changes do not remove mandatory legal rights or legitimately earned benefits retrospectively. Contact us to challenge an eligibility decision.
